Role Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Architect with deep expertise in Java 17, Angular, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, Redis, RabbitMQ and cloud-native architectures. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys designing and building solutions, writing code, understanding the design and architecture by reverse engineering the existing application code and guiding teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement microservices-based enterprise applications using Java 17, Spring Boot (3.2+), Hibernate, and Spring Cloud.

  2. Architect and build front-end applications using Angular integrated with REST APIs.

  3. Lead hands-on coding in Spring Boot (Scheduler, Security, AOP, Data JPA, Integration).

  4. Define and implement scalable data access using PostgreSQL.

  5. Architect and optimize search solutions using ElasticSearch.

  6. Design caching strategies with Redis.

  7. Implement asynchronous processing and event-driven systems with RabbitMQ.

  8. Set up CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, Nexus, and containerization with Docker/Kubernetes (optional).

  9. Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.

  10. Mentor developers and enforce coding standards, best practices, and design patterns.

Required Skills:

  1. Java 17 (at least 1.8 and above) – strong expertise.

  2. Spring Boot 3.2+, Hibernate, Microservices, Scheduler, Security, Data JPA, AOP, Integration, Spring Cloud.

  3. Angular – UI framework expertise.

  4. PostgreSQL – schema design, performance tuning.

  5. ElasticSearch – search and indexing.

  6. Redis – caching solutions.

  7. RabbitMQ – message broker patterns.

  8. Good understanding of application security and REST API design.

Optional Skills (Good to Have):

  1. DevOps: Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Nexus.

  2. Cloud platform experience (AWS/Azure/GCP).

  3. Familiarity with Agile methodology.
