We are hiring a dedicated and experienced Nursing Tutor to join our esteemed institution. The ideal candidate must possess a Master's degree in Nursing (M.Sc Nursing) and have a minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a recognized nursing institution.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct theory and practical classes for nursing students as per curriculum.
  • Guide and mentor students in academic and clinical settings.
  • Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and evaluation tools.
  • Assess student performance and provide regular feedback.
  • Participate in faculty meetings, academic planning, and training programs.
  • Contribute to curriculum development and academic audits.

Requirements:

  • M.Sc in Nursing (mandatory).
  • At least 2 years of teaching experience in a recognized nursing college/institute.
  • Strong knowledge of nursing practices and pedagogy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Compassionate and student-focused approach to teaching.
