We are currently seeking qualified candidates for our Airline Ticketing Process/ Ground Staff position in Chandigarh, Punjab, India

Job Description:

As a member of our Airline Ticketing Process/ Ground Staff team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to airline passengers. Your primary duties will include checking in passengers, issuing boarding passes, and assisting with any inquiries or concerns they may have. You will also be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the airport and its passengers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist passengers in a friendly and professional manner

- Check-in passengers and issue boarding passes

- Handle any inquiries or concerns from passengers

- Ensure the safety and security of the airport and its passengers

- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the airport

- Assist passengers with baggage and other needs

- Collaborate with other ground staff and airline personnel to ensure smooth operations

- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous customer service experience preferred

- Knowledge of airline ticketing and airport operations is a plus

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test

- Must have a valid driver's license
