Job Profile: Equity Analyst with over 3 years of experience. Proficient in company valuation, accounting, and finance, with a passion for stocks and equity investment. Location - Gurgaon, DLF Phase 4 Nature of the business - Equity Investment, PMS Fund Management company (Family office) handling over Rs 300 Crores in AUM CTC - 5 LPA + performance bonus Additional perks - Group Health Insurance is provided after successful completion of 6 months probation period. Office timings - from 8.30 am to 6 pm (must join before the market opens)

Responsibilities
  1. Conduct in-depth financial analysis and valuation of companies and sectors.
  2. Attend Management meetings and ask questions
  3. Track and monitor the equity market, providing regular updates on stock performances.
  4. Develop detailed investment research reports with actionable recommendations.
  5. Work closely with the fund management team to identify investment opportunities.
  6. Assist in the creation and maintenance of financial models.
  7. Present findings and insights to senior management and clients.

Qualifications
  1. • Minimum Qualification – Post Graduate 
  2. • CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) / M. Com - will be preferred
  3. Minimum 3 years of experience in equity research or a related field.
  4. Strong understanding of company valuation, financial accounting, and investment strategies.
  5. Proficiency in MS Excel, financial modeling, and valuation techniques.
  6. Passion for equity markets and investment analysis.
  7. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Compensation:
  • CTC: ₹5 LPA + performance-based bonus.
  • Group Health Insurance provided after the successful completion of 6 months probation period.
Work Schedule:
  • Office hours: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM (must join before market opens).
  • Sunday off.
  • Every 2nd and 4th Saturday off.
  • 21 additional leaves annually (includes sick leave, national holidays, and personal leaves like Christmas, Diwali, Eid).
Note: Leave policy applies after probation.
