KPI Partners is seeking a highly skilled Incorta Development Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Incorta development, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of developers in designing, building, and deploying Incorta solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee the development lifecycle, from planning and design through implementation and testing.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and collaboration.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for processes, architectures, and best practices.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Incorta development.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Incorta development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling, data integration, and analytics.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with databases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
