About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
DevOps Engineer
who will play a key role in bridging the gap between development and operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, deploying, monitoring, and scaling applications, ensuring high availability and reliability of our infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for application deployment.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline build, test, and deployment processes.
  • Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) ensuring scalability, security, and cost optimization.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement preventive measures.
  • Establish and enforce DevOps best practices across development and operations teams.
  • Implement security practices and ensure compliance across cloud and on-premise systems.
  • Optimize containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes, or similar).
  • Maintain logging, monitoring, and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong expertise in
    CI/CD tools
    (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with
    containerization and orchestration
    (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Proficiency in
    cloud platforms
    (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar).
  • Experience with
    Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
    tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK).
  • Solid understanding of networking, Linux/Unix systems, and security best practices.

Good to Have

  • Experience with microservices and serverless architectures.
  • Knowledge of cost optimization in cloud environments.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
