IT Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic
IT Analyst (Fresher)
with strong programming fundamentals and interest in software development, problem-solving, and system support. The ideal candidate should have working knowledge of multiple programming languages such as
Python, Java, JavaScript, C, C++, SQL
, and basic understanding of
HTML, CSS
, and modern technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Support software development, testing, debugging, and application maintenance activities.
• Write clean and efficient code using Python, Java, JavaScript, C, C++, or SQL.
• Assist in analysing requirements, preparing documentation, and performing technical research.
• Run SQL queries, manage basic database operations, and troubleshoot database issues.
• Work closely with senior developers to resolve technical issues and support ongoing projects.
• Contribute to front-end tasks using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS when required.
• Support IT operations, system checks, and basic troubleshooting activities.
• Participate in team meetings, code reviews, and training sessions.
• Learn and adapt to new tools, frameworks, and technologies as required.

Required Technical Skills

• Good understanding of at least
  2–3 programming languages
  such as:
• Python
• Java
• JavaScript
• C
• C++
• SQL
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies:
  HTML, CSS
• Understanding of Object Oriented Programming (OOP) and data structures
• Familiarity with databases (MySQL/SQL Server/PostgreSQL)
• Logical thinking and problem-solving ability

Good-to-Have Skills (Preferred)

• Knowledge of
  TypeScript

  React
  , or
  
• Understanding of Linux commands or shell scripting
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Exposure to Git/GitHub, APIs, or cloud basics (AWS/Azure/GCP)
