Dot Net Developer - Trainee

Location: Bengaluru | Type: Hybrid | Experience: Freshers (BCA/MCA/B.Tech)

At , we're looking for passionate Dot Net Developers - Trainee who love solving problems, writing clean code, and continuously building their tech skills. If you want to work on high-impact SaaS CRM solutions for India's automotive industry, this is the place for you.

What You'll Do:

  • Work on web-based SaaS applications used by 700+ automotive dealerships.
  • Develop features using C#, ASP.NET (MVC), Entity Framework, MySQL, and Web APIs.
  • Build interactive front-ends with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Collaborate with senior developers and product teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Participate in live coding assignments, debugging, and code reviews.
  • Learn and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

We're Looking For People Who:

  • Are self-motivated problem solvers with a passion for coding.
  • Have strong fundamentals in C#, .NET, MySQL, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Possess good analytical thinking and willingness to learn AI/ML & Python (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Can manage time well and work independently in a hybrid WFH + office setup.

Must Have:

  • Personal laptop with minimum i5 processor & 16 GB RAM.
  • Dedicated mobile connection for communication and authentication needs.

Compensation Plan:

  • Training/Probation (6 months): ₹10,000/month (TDS applicable).
  • Post-Training: ₹3 LPA (Fixed) + Variable Pay.
