Key Responsibilities :

  • Assessment: Conduct regular assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide timely feedback.
  • Student Support: Monitor and support student academic progress, and provide extra help to those who are struggling.
  • Classroom Management: Maintain a disciplined and inspiring learning environment that encourages student participation through debates and discussions.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with other teachers, participate in meetings, and communicate student progress with parents during PTMs or as needed.
  • Professional Development: Engage in workshops, training sessions, and stay updated with educational trends and subject content.
  • Administrative Duties: Maintain academic records and assist with other school-related events.
