Candidates should have their Own laptop and wifi with below mentioned requirements-

Processor : i5 or above ( i3 can not be considered)/ AMD Ryzen 5 or above (Ryzen 3 can not be considered )

RAM :- 8GB And above

Generation : 6th and above

Windows 10 pro and above

Mac book and Chrome book can not be considered

WIFI Speed - Upto 40 MBPS

Power backup required

USB Headset is required

No Extra leaves will be provided during your contract period.

No Leaves on Festivals

Rotaional Shifts and rotational weekoffs

No Reimburrsement for laptop/wifi/USB headset/ Power backup

6 Days working 1 day rotational weekoffs

CTC 16700 to 18700

Roles and Responsibilities

  • * Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • * Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.
  • * Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • * Meet performance targets for call handling time, resolution rates, and quality metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • * 0-1 year of experience in BPO or call center environment.
  • * Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to articulate thoughts clearly over the phone.
  • * Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
