We are seeking a proactive and energetic Sales Promoter to market and sell our products at Modern Bazaar Super Marts and other retail outlets.

The ideal candidate will engage with customers, promote our products, and ensure a positive shopping experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Promotion & Tasting: Demonstrate and offer product tasting experiences to customers at Modern Bazaar Super Marts to increase awareness and sales.
  • Customer Engagement: Explain product benefits, answer customer queries, and build a rapport with shoppers.
  • Participation in Exhibitions: Represent our companies at local expos and promotional events; set up stalls, engage visitors, and record feedback.
  • Store Merchandising & Stock Management: Travel to other stores as a merchandiser, ensure proper stock display, planogram adherence, and record stock levels regularly.
  • Client Testimonials & Feedback: Record customer reviews and testimonials to share insights and improve offerings.
  • Order Processing: Assist in getting Purchase

Orders issued, follow up with clients, and coordinate delivery.

  • PR & Relationship Building: Maintain good relations with store managers and staff to facilitate smooth cooperation and promotional activities.

QualificationsProven experience in retail sales/promotions (preferred but not mandatory)Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi, and interpersonal skills

Enthusiastic, target-oriented, and customer-focused mindset

Basic record-keeping and stock management skills

Valid transportation/suitable travel means, Ability to travel as neededA passion for organic and health food products is a plus

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Graduate, High school diploma or equivalent
