IT Business Sr Analyst

FMCRT is looking for a seasoned IT Business Analyst to work with Treasury users and a group of seasoned technology professionals to deliver technology projects for the business.

Responsibilities:

• Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and other team members
• Works closely with Developers, Product Owners to determine and document Systems impacts and support requirements
• Be the SME for one or more subject areas of the application, leading requirement discussions with business and providing guidance and direction to development team
• Liaise with Program management, Development team and testing team to ensure that requirements are understood, and deliverables meet the business requirements
• Proactively monitor potential risks, bottlenecks, problems, issues, concerns and notify stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or master's degree
• Knowledge on Transfer Pricing Concepts and Methodologies is a plus
• Agile project experience acting as a Product Owner or a Pseudo Product Owner
• Total of 8 plus years of experience with minimum 5 years of Banking / Financial services experience as a BA
• Understanding of project SDLC
• Hands on Experience with SQL queries
• Good Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good presentation skills
• Data analysis skills
