Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and communicative individual to join our team as a Telecaller / Customer Support Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone, assisting them with resort bookings, and creating interest in our holiday offerings. Leads will be provided by the company. The role primarily focuses on popular destinations such as Lonavala, Karjat, Mahabaleshwar, and other leisure spots.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers using company-provided leads.
  • Assist customers with resort availability, pricing, and booking support.
  • Clearly explain holiday offerings and promotional packages to generate customer interest.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and booking details.
  • Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Handle customer objections politely and provide effective solutions.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Prepare and maintain daily call logs and performance reports.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer handling.
  • Ability to engage customers, manage objections, and maintain a positive tone.
  • Comfortable with outbound calling and phone-based interactions.
  • Basic computer knowledge (CRM tools, Excel, email, etc.).
  • Prior experience in telecalling, hospitality, or customer support will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Education: Minimum 12th pass.
  • Experience: 02 years in telecalling / customer support / hospitality sales (freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Marathi, English, Hindi
  • Personality: Energetic, customer-friendly, and persuasive with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Work Style: Target-oriented, disciplined, and able to handle repetitive tasks with enthusiasm.
