Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, DevOps Engineer – Agentic AI
In this role, you'll be part of Genpact's transformation under GenpactNext, as we lead the shift to Agentic AI Solutions—domain-specific, autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients. You'll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting, with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines. 
Responsibilities
·    CI/CD Implementation\: Lead the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.

·    Automation Tools\: Utilize automation tools to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and improve system efficiency.

·    Infrastructure as Code (IaC)\: Implement IaC practices to manage and provision infrastructure using code, ensuring consistency and scalability.

·    Monitoring Solutions\: Develop and maintain monitoring solutions to ensure system performance and availability.

·    Configuration Management Systems\: Use configuration management systems like Ansible to automate system configurations and deployments.

·    Cloud Orchestration\: Manage cloud orchestration to optimize resource allocation and enhance system scalability.

Leadership and Strategic Thinking:
·    Team Management\: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of DevOps engineers. Create a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

·    Strategic Planning\: Develop and execute strategic plans for DevOps practices aligned with Agentic AI's goals. Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in system operations.

·    Technical Expertise\: Provide technical guidance and support to the team. Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in DevOps.

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
·    Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, IaC practices, monitoring solutions, configuration management systems like Ansible, and cloud orchestration.
·    Strong understanding of cloud platforms and services.
·    Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

•    Experience in AI/ML product development or DevOps practices in the AI domain.

•    Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
