Job Description
Star Publicity, a leading outdoor advertising company, is hiring Business Development Executives.
This role focuses on lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth through outbound calling and client relationship management.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through outbound calling, cold calling, and online research.
- Approach and convert potential customers into business opportunities.
- Promote company services – Hoardings, Bus Branding, Unipoles, Outdoor Advertising.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct basic market research for new opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports and share updates with management.
Requirements:
- Minimum Graduate.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with outbound calling & client follow-ups.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and good at client handling.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, Excel).
- Prior sales/telecalling/business development experience preferred (freshers welcome).
Benefits:
- Fixed Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month.
- Incentives based on performance.
- Office-based role (No field sales).
