Description

Key Responsibilities

  • System Support & Maintenance: Provide daily support for SAP FICO modules (FI & CO) on ECC 6.0 or S/4 HANA. Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues promptly.
  • Implementation & Enhancements: Assist in SAP FICO configuration and customization. Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and data migration activities.
  • Project Participation: Collaborate with vendors, project teams, and business users for SAP implementations. Support system integration testing and user acceptance testing.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Document functional and technical specifications. Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with finance teams to understand requirements and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: 4–6 years of SAP FICO experience (ECC or S/4 HANA). Hands-on experience in FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting) and CO (Cost Center, COPA).
  • Technical Skills: SAP configuration and integration knowledge. Familiarity with ABAP basics (reports, user exits, BADI) is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Certifications

  • SAP FICO Certification
  • ITIL or PMP (added advantage)
