Software Engineer (SWE) 

As a Software Engineer (SWE) at JazzX, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and managing the services and components of an innovative enterprise AI platform to deliver transformative, AI-enabled work experiences for enterprise users. 

 What You'll Do 

Design, develop and operate services and components for our enterprise AI platform, using a cloud-first, cloud-agnostic approach with world class AI capabilities, scalability, security, privacy and operability. Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team of AI researchers/engineers, software engineers, architects, product managers, and designers to translate complex needs into efficient, modular, and scalable platform components. Ensure seamless integration of infrastructure, software, data systems, AI and UX components into the platform, guaranteeing smooth operation and dependable outcomes and experiences for our customers and partners. 

Requirements 

Experience with common infrastructure-as-code frameworks for deploying and managing cloud environments. In-depth experience across the full-stack development lifecycle, including design, prototyping, building, testing, deployment, and operations of enterprise platforms and products. Strong knowledge of core software development principles and experience in at least one of these programming languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, Golang, or C++. (Strongly Preferred) Prior experience building and operating ML/AI/GenAI platforms and services, with familiarity with MLOps practices, frameworks, and tools. Ability and strong desire to learn, deliver, drive impact and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative and growth-oriented environment that brings together infrastructure/data systems/ML/AI/UX innovations from concept to production for our customers.   Why Join Us
