About the Role

We are looking for a skilled ETL / Reconciliation Specialist to join our global Operations team. The role involves working on reconciliation solutions using Intellimatch, Informatica, and strong SQL expertise to ensure the accuracy of the Firms Books and Records while mitigating operational and systemic risks.

This role requires proactive collaboration with global teams, building reusable solutions, automating deployments, and handling production support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with leads and stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Enhance and build new reconciliations and other functionalities.
  • Design and implement reusable components to strengthen infrastructure.
  • Automate testing and deployment to enable agile delivery.
  • Monitor and ensure proper tooling for stability and performance.
  • Handle production issues, user tickets, and provide timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with global teams in a dynamic environment.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Hands-onexperience with Intellimatch (Classic / NextGen).

  • Strong knowledge of MS SQL (preferred) or Oracle:

  • PL/SQL, stored procedures, joins, DML/DDL

  • Performance tuning & query optimization

  • Experience with ETL tools (Informatica 10.2 or above, 10.5 preferred).

  • Experience with scripting (Autosys, Unix basics, Python).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Prior experience in the Financial Services / Banking industry with global teams.
