Job Overview :


We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Power BI Developer to join our analytics team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing interactive dashboards, data models, and visual reports using Power BI. You will work closely with business stakeholders and data teams to turn raw data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities :


- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and datasets.

- Perform data modeling, DAX calculations, and implement efficient data relationships.

- Integrate Power BI with various data sources (SQL Server, Excel, Azure, APIs, etc.).

- Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy and consistency.

- Collaborate with business teams to gather and translate requirements into effective BI solutions.

- Implement row-level security (RLS) and data governance standards.

- Schedule data refreshes, manage Power BI Service, and publish reports to workspaces.

- Stay up to date with the latest Power BI features and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :


- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

- 2 years of experience working as a Power BI Developer or similar role.

- Strong proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and DAX.

- Good understanding of data modeling, ETL, and data visualization principles.

- Experience with SQL queries and data extraction/transformation.

- Knowledge of Power Query (M language).

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have :


- Exposure to Azure Data services (Data Factory, Synapse, SQL DB).

- Experience with Power Apps or Power Automate integration.

- Familiarity with Python/R scripting within Power BI.
