Account Manager who will also handle Social Media Management
for our clients.
Role Overview
The Account Manager & Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing day-to-day execution of campaigns, and driving impactful social media strategies. This role requires both
strategic thinking
and
hands-on execution
to ensure client satisfaction and campaign success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage 3–4 client accounts simultaneously, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Plan, strategize, and launch
multi-channel marketing campaigns
(Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Email, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Handle end-to-end
social media management
for clients: strategy, content planning, calendar execution, and reporting.
- Confidently represent DigiSimba in
client meetings, presentations, and video calls
.
- Ensure timely communication and delivery of client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, performance, SEO) to deliver high-quality campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest optimization strategies.
- Guide junior team members, demonstrating
leadership and decision-making abilities
.
- Stay updated on
digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
to recommend innovative strategies.
Required Skills & Qualities
- Strong
communication skills
(written and verbal) with fluency in English.
- Confident on camera
– for client-facing discussions, updates, and possible social content.
- Ability to
plan and execute multi-channel campaigns
with measurable outcomes.
- Good understanding of different marketing strategies (organic, paid, retention, influencer, etc.).
- Strong
leadership and decision-making skills
.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple accounts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2–3 years of
relevant experience in a digital marketing agency
.
- Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts.
- Experience in
campaign planning, execution, and reporting
.
- Not an entry-level role – candidates must bring prior agency-side experience.
