The Role: Bring in Corporate Revenue
Your primary mission is to identify, acquire, and manage long-term corporate accounts. This is a highly proactive, B2B sales role focused on consistent revenue growth, not just one-off events.
What You Will Do:
- Target & Prospect: Use cold calling, networking, and direct outreach to generate new corporate catering leads.
- Consultative Sales: Meet with corporate decision-makers to understand their recurring needs (e.g., weekly lunch programs, client meetings, training seminars).
- Propose & Close: Create compelling proposals, negotiate terms, and close long-term catering contracts.
- Account Management: Nurture relationships with current clients to drive repeat business and increase order volume.
- Networking: Attend local business events (Chamber of Commerce, BNI, etc.) to expand our corporate network.
- Coordination: Clearly communicate all client needs and logistics to our kitchen and operations team.
What You Need to Succeed
We are looking for a profile that understands Business-to-Business (B2B) sales and recurring revenue models.
- B2B Sales Experience is Key: Proven success selling a service or product to other businesses (e.g., office equipment, print services, corporate supply programs, or hotel/venue sales).
- Hunter Mentality: You are highly self-motivated and thrive on finding and closing new business accounts from scratch.
- Excellent Professionalism: Exceptional written and verbal communication, comfortable dealing with all levels of corporate staff.
- Results-Driven: A verifiable track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
