Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Collection Manager located in Mathura. The Branch Collection Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing collections activities, ensuring targets are met while maintaining good customer relationships. Key day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring and enhancing collection processes, resolving customer payment issues, coordinating with the collections team, and analyzing performance metrics to improve efficiency. The role also involves collaboration with other departments to ensure continuous improvement of systems and policies.

Qualifications

  • Experience in collections, credit management, and recovery processes
  • Strong analytical skills for performance monitoring, data review, and creating actionable insights
  • Team management and coordination skills to lead and support the collections team effectively
  • Organizational and time management skills for monitoring and optimizing collection workflows
  • Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities to engage with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in essential financial tools or software applications related to collections management
  • Educational qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in NBFCs or financial services, particularly in a branch or field environment, is advantageous
