We are seeking a highly
proactive
and
detail-oriented Project Coordinator
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects run smoothly, managing communication with stakeholders, and providing timely and transparent updates, especially in the event of delays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the central point of contact for all project-related inquiries and updates.
  • Monitor project timelines and proactively identify potential risks or delays.
  • Promptly respond
    to all communication from team members and stakeholders.
  • Provide regular and timely updates
    on project status to all relevant parties.
  • Immediately communicate any project delays or changes, including the reason for the delay and the adjusted plan.
  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and tracking projects.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate resources and schedules to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Foster a collaborative and transparent environment among project teams.

Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of experience in a project coordination or similar role in Engineering or Manufacturing
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to anticipate issues and take initiative to resolve them.
  • Proficiency with project management software and tools.
  • A strong sense of accountability and a commitment to clear, honest communication.
