Role description

Job Title: Operations Analyst

Location: Kochi, India

Experience: 2+ years

Shift: Willingness to work in APAC / EMEA / US shifts

Must-Have Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in back-office services, preferably in report operations and report creation within the finance industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Acrobat, and Outlook (intermediate to advanced level).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong English writing proficiency.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with both local and global teams, as well as independently; cultural sensitivity is essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions.
  • Highly collaborative and team-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to build consensus.
  • Confident in interacting with senior stakeholders.
  • Willingness and flexibility to work across APAC, EMEA, and US shifts.

Good-to-Have Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience in the finance industry, preferably in Asset Management.
  • Technical knowledge of databases, query languages, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
  • Familiarity with automation tools and process improvement methodologies.
