Role and Responsibilities:
The selected candidates will be responsible for providing specialized care and treatment to critically ill patients in the ICU. Key responsibilities include:
  • Monitoring and managing patients' vital signs, including heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen levels
  • Administering medications and treatments as per the prescribed guidelines
  • Operating and maintaining ICU equipment and machines
  • Collaborating with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Ensuring accurate documentation of patient progress and maintaining medical records
  • Taking prompt action in case of emergencies and providing immediate interventions
  • Providing emotional support to patients and their families during their stay in the ICU
Candidate Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
  • Valid medical degree and registration with the medical council
  • Minimum 1 year of ICU experience, demonstrating expertise in critical care management
  • Strong knowledge of ICU protocols, procedures, and guidelines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
