Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Salesperson based in Belgaum, Hubli & etc. The Retail Salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers with their needs, providing product information, processing transactions, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include maintaining product displays, stocking shelves, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Product Knowledge and Retail Sales
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in the construction chemical industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or education in sales or a related field is beneficial
