Job Title: Salesforce Developer (Offshore – Remote)

Long term Contract

Experience Level: 8 -10 years of experience in Salesforce Development

Position Overview:

The role requires hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning (LWC/Aura), and integration frameworks, along with strong analytical and communication skills to collaborate effectively with onshore teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce applications using Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.
  • Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, and implementation phases of Salesforce projects.
  • Implement declarative customizations including Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Reports/Dashboards.
  • Develop and maintain API integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP web services.
  • Support testing cycles (unit testing, UAT) and deployment activities using CI/CD tools (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, etc.).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
  • Proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce.
  • Experience with Salesforce integration using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.) preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce deployment tools (Change Sets, ANT, SFDX, Copado, Gearset).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory); Platform Developer II preferred.
  • Experience with CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud is an added advantage.
  • Exposure to DevOps practices and version control systems (Git, Bitbucket)
