Role Description

The Bancassurance Specialist is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with banking partners and customers to promote insurance products. This full-time, on-site role is located in Mumbai, where the specialist will ensure the achievement of sales targets, handle customer queries, and provide seamless support for insurance policy-related requirements. The role also includes regular reporting of sales performance and market insights to coordinate effectively with the team and management.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and customer relationship management skills, with the ability to drive business growth in financial services.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and banking partners.
  • Knowledge of insurance products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficient in reporting, data analysis, and team collaboration to meet organizational goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; relevant certifications in insurance will be an advantage.
  • Prior experience in bancassurance or the financial services industry is preferred.
