Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Control Engineer to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality control systems and processes.

Nature of Job:

The role involves conducting inspections of façade installation (unitized panels, stick systems, windows, etc.) for alignment and finishing, implementing quality control plans, and coordinating with internal and external teams to maintain high standards throughout the façade construction process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor the project's façade quality assurance and quality control plan.
  • Develop and update QC documentation, including SOPs, checklists, and quality manuals.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
  • Conduct on-site QC checks during and after installation, including alignment, sealant application, and water-tightness.
  • Review technical drawings, shop drawings, and specifications to validate QC criteria.
  • Coordinate with production, design, and site teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Support third-party inspections and client walkthroughs.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with curtain walls, stick systems, unitized systems, Aluminium Composite Panel, System door and windows or skylights.
  • Certification in Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001) or related field.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.

· years of experience in a QC or QA role.

· Strong knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies.

· Familiarity with testing equipment and lab instruments.
