Machine Learning Engineer / Data Scientist (4–8 years experience)

Location: Mumbai - Andheri East

We are looking for an experienced Machine Learning Engineer or Data Scientist with 4–8 years of hands-on experience in building and deploying AI models.

What You'll Do

  • Work on end-to-end ML projects — from collecting and preparing data to building, deploying, and maintaining models.
  • Build and maintain APIs to serve ML models in production.
  • Improve model accuracy and performance through regular tuning and optimization.
  • Support and troubleshoot production ML systems when needed.
  • Research and use the latest AI technologies to enhance existing products or create new ones.
  • Contribute to documentation and process improvements.

Must Have Skills

  • Strong experience in Machine Learning or Deep Learning.
  • Expertise in Computer Vision or Natural Language Processing (NLP).
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI, fine-tuning models, or using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
  • Good programming skills in Python and experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, Hugging Face, or SpaCy.
  • Experience deploying models on AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, or Azure ML.
  • Ability to write and manage APIs.
  • Strong interest in learning new AI technologies.

Good to Have

  • Knowledge of Go or Elixir, or interest in functional programming.
  • Experience with MLOps tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with Agile product development.
  • Understanding of Microservices, API design, and Data Modeling.
  • Exposure to Frontend frameworks like React.
  • Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS / GCP).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,000, ₹3,000,000.00 per year
