Salary: ₹1,00,000 – ₹1,80,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Consultant Pediatrician to join our healthcare team. The Pediatrician will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to infants, children, and adolescents, ensuring their optimal physical, emotional, and social health and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine and specialized medical examinations for children from birth to adolescence.
• Diagnose and treat illnesses, infections, injuries, and other pediatric conditions.
• Monitor growth and development milestones and provide parental guidance.
• Administer vaccinations and ensure adherence to immunization schedules.
• Prescribe and interpret diagnostic tests such as lab work and imaging.
• Collaborate with other specialists, nurses, and allied health professionals to deliver quality care.
• Provide emergency pediatric care when required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients.
• Counsel parents/guardians on preventive care, nutrition, and lifestyle management.
• Participate in hospital rounds, case discussions, and clinical audits.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control, and ethical medical practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• MBBS with MD/DNB in Pediatrics from a recognized institution.
• Valid Medical Council registration.
• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy and patience in dealing with children and their families.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100, ₹150,000.00 per month
