Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Bengaluru South. In this role, the Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include conducting market research, developing strategies for client acquisition, creating proposals, pitching to potential clients, and negotiating deals. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business goals and ensure the delivery of successful client outcomes. Male/Female.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in identifying business opportunities, client acquisition, and account management
- Strong skills in strategic planning, negotiation, and revenue forecasting
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of IT solutions, including network services, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and managed services
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop competitive business strategies
- Self-motivation with a results-driven approach and a commitment to customer success
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in the IT services industry is a strong asset
