Role Description

• Work in wealth management division which caters to HNI and UHNI Clients including individuals and non individuals.
• Mainly responsible to handle the client servicing /execution /documentation and logistics related to client's investment portfolio across investment products like mutual funds, PMS, AIFs etc. This would include filling forms, handling daily transactions, arranging for statements, awareness of cut-off timings, working knowledge of various types of mutual funds and PMS.
• Client facing role requiring interaction with the client and/or their office

Your key responsibilities

• Work closely with the Relationship Managers (RM) and Account Managers (AM) to service client relationships.
• Involves supporting the AM/ RM in managing the day to day requirements of clients – related to the client's investment portfolio ( mutual fund transactions / PMS onboarding and transactions/ 3rd  party investment products etc). Co-ordinating with the mutual fund houses and 3rd party investment product providers for statements , capital gain reports, dividend reports etc.
• Assist in filling the investment related forms and transaction requests.
• Send the duly filled investment forms for client signatures, scrutinize client signed forms to check they are complete and correctly filled and signed, arrange to submit the forms in time for processing, follow up to check status & resolve any queries raised.
• Handle client queries related to the investment portfolio with DB , transaction processing, sharing statements etc.   
• Co ordinate with internal and external teams to ensure processing of WM transactions.
• Assist the person will also be involved in supporting the AM/RM in managing the day to day requirements of clients – related to banking transactions (managing NEFT / RTGS) ,statement requests etc.
• Additionally , if the person has some experience / knowledge      in handling lending transactions      would be beneficial.

Your skills and experience

• Good knowledge of handling investment related transactions and  servicing clients for investments in mutual funds, PMS etc. Knowledge of investment related paperwork, KYC, investment cut-off timings etc.
• Prior experience of interaction with the various Mutual Fund houses/PMS providers for documentation/transaction related queries etc would be an advantage
• A working knowledge of banking products will be an advantage.
• Good communication and fluency is English is essential (verbal and written)
• Atleast 5 years' experience in the financial services industry preferably in wealth management or priority/private banking.
• Basic knowledge of banking. Added advantage if they also have some overview and knowledge of lending products.
• Basic knowledge of MS word, excel
• Experience in front office/client interaction
