Customer Service-After Market Business

Responsibilities: Review and Execute customer orders (spare & wear supply / IHR service) based on contractual terms. Identify and verify spare parts in accordance with PO (customer agreements) and technical documentation. Coordinate with the purchase, quality, logistic & production team (wherever applicable) to ensure timely sourcing readiness of required materials for dispatch.
Track order status and progress through weekly and monthly review with concerned team members and take corrective action wherever required. Collaborate with the production team to align on job completion schedules as per contractual delivery. Review spare \ wear order specific stock verification through SAP and physical identification of material to ensure correct dispatch as per schedule.
Co-ordination with logistics (inward / outward delivery) and commercial teams (invoice \ e-way bill) to facilitate smooth delivery. Monitor Goods Receipt (GR) at customer's end and follow up to ensure timely clearance of outstanding payments.
Shutdown Management – Internal co-ordination & expedite order execution to ensure delivery of spare \ wear items aligning with shutdown schedule. Address customer queries and claims through effective technical co-ordination with internal departments. Payment Collection- Ensure zero outstanding as per PO terms.
