Location: Bharuch

Experience: 3 6 Years

Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

CTC Range: 4 6 LPA

About the Role:

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation and upkeep of all

galvanizing plant equipment and utilities through effective preventive and breakdown

maintenance, minimizing downtime, and improving overall equipment efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out preventive and predictive maintenance activities for galvanizing plant

equipment (furnaces, cranes, pumps, blowers, conveyors, etc.).

Attend to breakdowns promptly to ensure minimum production loss.

Monitor equipment health and maintain maintenance records (checklists,

logbooks, breakdown analysis).

Plan and execute maintenance schedules and maintain spare part inventory.

Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth operations.

Implement safety and 5S practices in maintenance operations.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and

efficiency.

Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance-related activities.

Ensure adherence to statutory, safety, and environmental guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

36 years of experience in maintenance of galvanizing plant or similar heavy

industrial setup.

Hands-on knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, furnaces, pumps,

motors, and PLC-based equipment.

Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Exposure to TPM, 5S, and preventive maintenance systems preferred.
