Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South for a Veeva Vault RIMS Consultant. The Veeva Vault RIMS Consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the Veeva Vault RIMS application. Day-to-day tasks include managing and maintaining Veeva Vault RIMS systems, working closely with clients to gather requirements, providing training and support, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The consultant will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and continuously improve the system's performance and functionality.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Veeva Vault RIMS, implementation, configuration, and support
  • Strong understanding of regulatory information management processes and industry standards
  • Proficient in Salesforce and knowledge of related tools such as MuleSoft, Tableau, AWS, and ServiceNow
  • Skills in Data Engineering, Big Data, and SAP
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceuticals industry is a plus
