MISSION
We are seeking a Director AI for Product Management to lead 3 critical growth product domains in AI Platform, Data and Insights, APIs and Integrations. This is a leadership role based in our Bangalore office, reporting directly to the Sr. Director, AI, Data, APIs & Integrations (India).

As the senior-most product leader in Bangalore, you will shape and execute our ambitious product vision in collaboration with executive leadership, and lead a globally distributed team of product managers and product owners across the U.S. and India.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AI platform services, Data & Insights, and APIs and Integrations product domains
• Lead, coach, and develop a global team of 6+ product managers and product owners across India and the U.S., driving accountability of goal realization.
• Partner closely with Heads of AI Engineering, Data Engineering, and API/Integration Engineering to plan and execute end-to-end product development lifecycle delivery across 6+ scrum teams
• Lead the development of differentiated AI platform capabilities that power automation, traditional and generative AI, and agentic experiences across the Alegeus product ecosystem.
• Partner closely with product domain teams to integrate AI platform services into compelling end-user facing use cases
• Deliver actionable data insights and reporting apps through a UI and enable bulk data access via APIs
• Make it easier for our partners to integrate to Alegeus, by overseeing the evolution of our APIs and developer portal, automating file integrations, and providing the tech to enable seamless shared participant user experiences
• Drive cross-company alignment to ensure the AI, Data, and Integration roadmap is integrated with Alegeus' overall product and business strategy.
• Source and test high potential AI platform product concepts iteratively to disposition through focused discovery
• Stay abreast of emerging technology trends in AI, data, and APIs / integrations to inform current and future product direction

Education/Experience

• 12+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing other product managers.
• Proven success in building and launching AI-powered products, with hands-on experience leading platform teams. Agentic experience a plus.
• Strong expertise in APIs, developer platforms, file and UX-based integrations, and data-driven user experiences.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS, particularly in healthcare, fintech, or other regulated industries (preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to manage globally distributed teams, including in India and the U.S.
