What You'll Do

As a Copywriter, you will:

  • Develop clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for real estate brands across digital and offline platforms.
  • Have a complete understanding of both traditional and digital advertising.
  • Ability to visualize concepts and collaborate with designers.
  • Knowledge of the digital ecosystem including organic and paid ads, digital formats, and working knowledge of content creation AI applications.
  • Write copy for ads, brochures, landing pages, WhatsApp campaigns, emailers, scripts, outdoor, and sales communication.
  • Translate briefs into compelling messaging that communicates project benefits, lifestyle appeal, and urgency.
  • Work closely with creative and client servicing teams to develop campaign ideas and content frameworks.
  • Create messaging aligned with buyer psychology, project positioning, and competitive landscape.
  • Maintain consistency in tone, terminology, and brand voice across all deliverables.
  • Ensure content accuracy including pricing, configurations, amenities, location value propositions, and RERA details when required.
  • Stay updated on real estate communication trends, formats, and audience behaviour.

  • Has 2–5 years of experience in copywriting (real estate experience preferred).
  • Has strong command over English with the ability to write crisp, clear, and impactful copy.
  • Can simplify technical real estate details into consumer-friendly messaging.
  • Understands campaign writing across print, digital, scripts, and performance-led creative.
  • Is detail-oriented, creative, and able to meet timelines with consistency.
  • Enjoys collaborating with design and client-facing teams and is open to feedback and iteration.
