Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Thiruvananthapuram Taluk. The Intern will be responsible for assisting core activities in Learning and Development. This includes Data handling and Analytics, Documentations, L&D Metrics, Technology & Business News preparations, Social media content preparation,
conducting webinars/seminars, internships, workshops and innovating industry-academia engagements analysing the need of the hour. Conduct (not drive) weekly brainstorming sessions focusing trends/challenges in the HR arena.
Qualifications
- Knowledge (Intermediate) of HR function
- Open to apply new learnings
- Ready to test your interpersonal skills
- Average communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
