Facilities Officer-2

- Oversee day-to-day facility operations including housekeeping, security, transport, pantry, and engineering services.
- Manage vendor contracts, service-level agreements (SLAs), and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
- Conduct regular audits (ISO, fire, EHS) and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Lead a team of facility executives/supervisors across multiple sites or a large campus.
- Plan and control facility budgets, cost optimization strategies, and infrastructure improvements.
- Ensure a smooth functioning of business continuity infrastructure like UPS, HVAC, access controls, and CCTV.
- Maintain compliance with local laws, health & safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Coordinate with business heads for space planning, events, and special projects.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in facility operations, preferably in a BPO or IT environment.
- Proven track record in managing large facilities (minimum 35 lakh sq. ft).
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Experience in vendor and contract management.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and audit processes (ISO, OSHA, etc.)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
