Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly knowledgeable Cybersecurity Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity and be able to deliver training programs that help individuals and organizations enhance their skills and knowledge in securing their digital environments. As a Cybersecurity Trainer, you will be responsible for creating and conducting training sessions, workshops, and courses on various cybersecurity topics, including threat mitigation, network security, data protection, and best practices for safeguarding against cyber threats.
Key Responsibilities:
● Design and develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and practical exercises, tailored to different levels of knowledge and skills.
● Conduct in-person and online training sessions for individuals, groups, and teams.
● Provide hands-on training in real-world cybersecurity scenarios and practical lab exercises.
● Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and best practices to ensure the training content is relevant and accurate.
● Customize training programs to meet specific client needs, including corporate training, government training, and educational institutions.
● Assess learners' progress and provide feedback, helping them build a solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts.
● Organize workshops, seminars, and webinars to raise awareness about cybersecurity best practices.
● Assist in the development of certifications or accreditation for trained individuals.
● Collaborate with management to ensure the training aligns with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
● Maintain records of training sessions, materials, and attendees. Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
● Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, CEH, or similar are highly desirable.
● Minimum [1-5] years of experience in cybersecurity, with a strong understanding of key concepts such as network security, encryption, firewalls, and incident response.
● Proven experience in developing and delivering cybersecurity training programs, courses, or workshops.
● Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics to individuals with various levels of technical knowledge.
● Hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools, software, and platforms (e.g., SIEM, intrusion detection systems, VPNs, etc.).
● Ability to adapt training to the needs of the audience, from beginners to advanced learners.
● Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, NIST) is a plus
Preferred Experience:
● Experience in the cybersecurity industry or a related field (consulting, incident response, security operations).
● Experience in creating eLearning modules or using Learning Management Systems (LMS). ● Prior experience working with corporate clients, or educational institutions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35, ₹45,000.00 per month
