Key Result

Areas/Accountabilities

• Business partnering , budget monitoring o Provide insights and analyses to help drive the business and highlight areas of opportunity& risks and recommend changes.

• Budget monitoring of operational performance & variance analysis of line item wise Direct cost and revenue & suggest improvement areas and implement the same.

• Provide accurate monthly revenue, cost & KPIs forecast to drive business planning & decisions

• Drive COCA productivity (Cost, Quality, Profitability, COCA governance)
• Zonal performance insights/Site performance to highlight revenue opportunities
• New investment governance to maximize revenue
• Sharing analyisis on New Site Performance
• Network Revenue per site
• Sharing Revenue enhancement opportunities and discussing with Marketing team to find out opportunity areas.
• Process Improvement & Automation

• Improve finance processes to ensure compliance and avoid leakages

• Timely reporting in Cluster & Corporate for all kinds of daily/monthly/quarterly deliverables, Budgeting, Reviews, Other activities

• External reporting to be completed with accuracy and timeliness.
• Quarterly TRAI reporting
• Monthly MIS
• Preparation of presentation for various reviews

Must have technical / professional qualifications

CA with 5+ years of relevant experience Looking for CAs having 5-7 years of relevant experience with good command over Excel,Powerpoint and proficiency in SAP/HANA,Hyperion & Data lake.
