Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Nagpur for an AEM Developer. The selected candidate will design, implement, and maintain AEM-based solutions and ensure optimal performance. Day-to-day tasks include developing and coding AEM components and templates, integrating AEM with other Adobe Marketing Cloud tools, ensuring optimal performance of digital platforms, and collaborating with other team members to develop innovative solutions. Participation in client meetings to gather requirements and understanding of best practices for AEM development will also be expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development, templates, and components
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and frameworks like React or Angular
• Knowledge of Adobe Marketing Cloud tools, including Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target
• Experience in troubleshooting and debugging AEM systems and optimizing web performance
• Strong understanding of content management methodologies and marketing workflows
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Certifications in Adobe tools or relevant technologies are a plus
