We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Ticketing Executive to manage travel bookings, reservations, and related services. The role involves handling domestic and international ticketing, providing accurate information to customers, and ensuring smooth travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle flight, train, and bus ticket bookings using GDS (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre) or online portals.
  • Manage cancellations, reissues, and refunds as per airline or company policies.
  • Provide accurate fare quotations and travel itineraries to clients.
  • Maintain daily booking reports and customer records.
  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners for smooth operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
  • Knowledge of ticketing tools like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre preferred.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email communication).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Freshers can apply; training will be provided.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹18,487.21 per month
