Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver high quality customer support via phone, email, chat and
  • social media
  • Assist customers in resolving technical issues
  • Deliver First Call Resolution (FCR) by resolving customer issues
  • during the first contact
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction rate
  • Assist customers with RMA activities
  • Qualification:
  • Graduate

Technical skills: Should have basic knowledge on Operating System (Windows & Mac)

  • Should have basic knowledge on Mobile & Tablet Storage
  • Basic knowledge on Wireless Networking and Troubleshooting
  • Network related issues
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Exceptional Probing Skills
  • Should have Excellent English writing Skills
  • Good Comprehension, Listening and Communication skills

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience: Fresher's
  • Excellent communication skill is mandatory in English and Hindi
  • Only Graduates can apply.
  • Notice: Immediate
  • Job Location: Hyderabad (WFO)

Perks and benefits: Salary -- 2,12,000 LPA as a take home)

Shift time Day shift ( 9:00AM -6:00PM 5days working 2days week off )
