We're hiring a Security Engineer to help us secure the next generation of fintech products.

Location: Gurugram (on-site)

1. Application Security Engineer

Position Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively & proactively with software engineering verticals to define secure application, infrastructure, and deployment requirements.
• Participate in architecture discussions to recommend security best practices during design stages.
• Maintain an application vulnerability management program and carry out assessments to uncover security risks across applications, APIs, and services.
• Conduct secure code reviews, threat modeling, and security assessments across the software development lifecycle (SSDLC).
• Design and develop automated solutions to integrate SAST, DAST, and SCA tools into CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide guidance on secure coding practices and support developer enablement through training and playbooks.
• Partner with product managers and engineering to ensure security is embedded from design to release.
• Support compliance / regulatory requirements (e.g., PCI, SOC2, GDPR) related to applications.

Position Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing for Web and Mobile applications.
• Strong experience in SAST, DAST, SCA, and application penetration testing methodologies.
• Knowledge of API security, OWASP Top 10, and secure microservice/API design.
• Experience conducting application security reviews, root cause analysis, and secure architecture reviews.
• Familiarity with modern cloud-native application architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Ability to collaborate with software engineering teams to integrate security into DevOps/DevSecOps practices.

Good to have experience / skills:

• Experience with threat modeling frameworks (e.g., STRIDE, PASTA).
• Exposure to container security (Docker, Kubernetes, image scanning).
• Experience implementing security automation within CI/CD pipelines.
