Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Compliance Coordinator based in Pune. The Compliance Coordinator will oversee compliance processes, ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, and conduct audits. Responsibilities also include providing training on compliance standards, monitoring policy implementation, and ensuring effective communication of compliance updates.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Regulatory Compliance and Auditing
  • Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and data evaluation
  • Proficient Communication skills to convey compliance requirements clearly
  • Experience in delivering Training on compliance standards
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field
  • Experience in compliance management systems or similar tools is an advantage
