Job Title: Sales & Operations Executive – Solar Industry Location: Shahjahanpur (UP) Employment Type: Full-time

We are a growing solar energy company committed to providing sustainable and cost-effective energy solutions. Our services include residential, commercial, and industrial solar installations. We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven Sales & Operations Executive to support daily business functions and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily email communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, client databases, and follow-up trackers.
  • Support the sales team in lead generation, follow-ups, and closing deals.
  • Maintain proper records of quotations, invoices, and client interactions.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Good communication skills (written & verbal) in English and Hindi.
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, email drafting, data entry & reporting).
  • Prior experience in sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector (not mandatory but preferred).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
