Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager at BURRITO FACTORY, located in Mumbai. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, assist in managing the team, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain operational standards. Responsibilities include supervising staff, addressing customer inquiries, managing inventory, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, and identifying opportunities to enhance overall efficiency and service quality.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
- Customer service and communication skills to provide a high-quality experience to patrons
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, and inventory management
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills with attention to detail
- Experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to dynamic situations
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
- Proficiency with restaurant management software is advantageous
