Job Summary:

Location: Mysore

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Mode: Work from Office. No hybrid model

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain web applications using ReactJS and mobile applications using React Native.
  • Work with for backend development, integrating APIs and services.
  • Implement Redis for caching and performance improvements.
  • Follow microservices architecture principles to design scalable applications.
  • Deploy and manage applications on AWS and Linux-based servers.
  • Handle Android Studio and Xcode to build, test, and deploy mobile applications.
  • Perform unit testing to ensure high-quality code.
  • Identify and fix bugs, optimize performance, and ensure app stability.
  • Communicate effectively to explain completed work, progress, and challenges to stakeholders.
  • Understand and analyze project requirements to deliver well-structured solutions.

Required Skills:

  • Strong expertise in both ReactJS & React Native (Web and Mobile App Development)
  • with Backend development experience
  • Good understanding of Microservices Architecture
  • Basic understanding of Linux Server and command line usage
  • AWS (EC2, S3)
  • Android Studio & Xcode (Mobile app development and deployment)
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
  • Unit Testing (Writing and maintaining test cases)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Computer Science Graduate (BE or MCA)

Good to Have:

  • Knowledge of SQL Server
  • Ability to write Python scripts for automation of certain redundant tasks.
  • Redis
  • Good and Positive attitude towards work and delivery.
  • Ability to think individually and deliver.

Work Schedule & Timings:

  • Working Days: Monday - Friday
  • Office Timings: 11 AM - 9 PM IST (to align with US/New York business hours)
  • Occasional Weekend Work: Required during production releases, crunch time, or catching-up work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹398, ₹800,000.00 per year
